摘要
从开架借阅到自助服务,信息技术提升了图书馆的服务水平,馆员和读者所处的地位也发生了很大的变化。分析了自助借阅服务对馆员和读者的影响,探讨了提升图书馆服务质量的策略。
From the open-shelves book circulating service to the self-help book circulating service,the information technology has promoted the service level of the library,and the positions of librarians and readers have changed very greatly. This paper analyzes The impact of library's self-help books circulating service on librarians and readers,and probes into the strategies for improving library's service quality.
