摘要
传统高校图书馆读者培训方式在提高读者的信息意识和信息检索能力等方面起到了很大的作用,但在一定程度上也具有其局限性。成功企业的人才培训方式有很多地方是值得高校图书馆借鉴的。探讨了高校图书馆借鉴成功企业人才培训方式进行读者培训方式创新的具体做法,阐述了读者培训工作的若干注意事项。
University library's traditional reader training mode,which plays an important role in improving readers' information consciousness and information retrieval ability,has its limitations to a certain extent. There are many things in successful enterprise's talent training mode worthy of reference for the university library. This paper probes into some concrete measures for university library to innovate its reader training work through drawing lessons from the talent training mode of a successful enterprise,and expounds several matters needing attention in the reader training work.
