图书馆部分业务外包是近几年国内刚兴起的新型经营管理和运作模式,但其服务质量难以控制和把握,在一定程度上限制了业务外包的应用和推广。在解释质量控制含义的基础上,阐述了图书馆编目业务外包的意义和现状,探讨了外包质量控制的策略。

The outsourcing of library＇s some services is a new mode of management and operation has emerged in recent years in China, but its service quality is difficult to control and grasp, which, to some extent, limits the application and popularization of outsourcing. Based on explaining the meanings of the quality control, this paper expounds the significance and current status of library＇s cataloging outsourcing, and probes into the strategies for outsourcing quality control.
