中小型公共图书馆馆员专业化发展的障碍及对策——以北海市辖公共图书馆为例

The Barriers in and Countermeasures for the Specialization Development of Librarians of Small and Medium-sized Libraries——Taking the Public Libraries under the Jurisdiction of Beihai City as the Examples

对北海市辖三馆(包括市图书馆、市少儿馆、合浦县图书馆)的人员结构现状进行了调查,从人员结构特点,探讨了当前中小型公共图书馆馆员在职称、学历、学科、继续教育等方面存在的专业化障碍,并对中小型公共图书馆馆员的专业化发展提出了应对措施。

This paper investigates the current status of the personnel structure of the public libraries under the jurisdiction of Beihai City including Beihai Library, Beihai Children＇s Library and Hepu County Library, and from the aspect of the features of the personnel structure, probes into the barriers existing in the specialization of the librarians of small and medium-sized libraries from aspects of professional title, education background, subject, and continuous education, etc., and puts forward some countermeasures for the specialization development of librarians of small and medium-sized libraries.
