综述了以2,6-二氯-5-氟烟酸、2,6-二氯-5-氟-3-吡啶甲腈为原料合成氟氯烟酰乙酸乙酯及其衍生物的方法。这些衍生物具有抗菌、杀虫、阻凝剂、抗过敏和治疗神经衰退性疾病等生物活性。
The article summarized the synthesis methods of using 2,6-dichloro-5-fluoronicotinic acid or2,6-dichloro-5-fluoro-3-pyridine nitrile to ethyl-2,6-dichloro-5-fluoropyridine-3-acetoacetate and its derivatives. These derivatives exhibit anti-microbial, insecticide, anti-coagulants, anti- anaphylactics activities, and they present a potential activity on the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
