摘要
主要从异黄酮类化合物的结构、性质和生物学作用,以及几种主要制备方法及其特点进行综述,希望能为研究者提供一些研究基础和参考,以便探索更适合于工业化生产,更高效的精制工艺,从而得到更优质且低成本的异黄酮。
In this paper, the structure, the nature, and the biological effects of isoflavones, and also the characteristics of several major preparations are mainly introduced, hoping to provide researchers with research-basis and reference, and willing to explore more suitable industrial productions and more efficient quality processes to obtain high quality and low cost of isoflavones.
