Zn^(2+)与干旱交叉胁迫对当归种子萌发和幼苗生理特性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 以甘肃道地中药材当归(Angelica sinensis)为对象,通过室内砂培方法,研究不同浓度(10-6、10-4和10-3 mol·L-1)Zn2+和不同浓度(5%、10%、15%、20%和30%)PEG模拟干旱胁迫下对当归种子萌发、幼苗生长、渗透调节物质积累和活性氧代谢的影响。结果表明,低浓度Zn2+和PEG能显著促进当归种子萌发和幼苗生长;随着干旱胁迫的加剧和Zn2+浓度的提高,种子萌发率显著降低,幼苗生长受阻,叶片O2·-产生速率和H2O2含量明显增加,SOD、POD、CAT和APX活性先升后降;高浓度Zn2+和PEG处理下GSH和As A含量明显降低,幼苗叶片中Pro、可溶性糖和MDA含量随Zn2+和PEG浓度升高而升高。 A sand culture experiment was conducted to study the effects of of Zn2+ at different concentrations (10-6, 10-4 and 10-3 mol.L-1) and PEG-6000 (5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 30%) on seed germination, seedling growth, osmotica accumulation, and active oxygen metabolism of Angelica sinensis, an authentic Chinese herbal from Gansu. The results showed that a low concentration of Zn2+ and PEG significantly enhanced seed germination and seedling growth With the increasing Zn2+ and PEG concentrations, the germination percentage significantly de- creased and the seedling growth was significantly inhibited. At the same time, the leaf 02- production rate and H202 content dramatically increased and the activities of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, catalase, and ascor- bate peroxidase decreased after an initial increase. The contents of glutathione and ascorbic acid in the leaf de- creased markedly, while the leaf proline, soluble sugar, and malonaldehyde contents had a significant increase with an increase of the concentrations of Zn2+ and PEG.
