摘要
主要阐述了开设生物化学与分子生物学综合实验选修课的主要目标、内容、教学方法以及开设选修课所取得的效果。通过开设该课程,大大提高了学生的动手能力和分析问题、解决问题的能力。
It is described the main objectives, contents, teaching methods of the comprehensive experiment as well as the effects in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Experiment. Through opening the course, the abilities of analyzing and solving the problems for students are greatly improved.
