摘要
以武汉市八月天地农业有限公司的生态猕猴桃园的5年生红阳为试材,利用EM菌泥、沼液泥、EM菌稀释液及农用链霉素进行防治猕猴桃溃疡病试验。结果表明:EM活性菌泥敷涂的防治效果和病疤愈合效果最好,其次为50倍EM菌稀释液,然后依次为200倍农用链霉素、沼液泥和清水处理。EM菌泥在当年、次年4月的防治效果分别为88.8%、89.1%,病疤复发率分别为5.1%、8.5%,其病疤愈合效果达60.6%;EM菌稀释液在当年、次年4月的防治效果分别为87.0%、87.1%,病疤复发率分别为5.9%、10.2%,其病疤愈合效果达45.9%;农用链霉素在当年、次年4月防治效果分别为77.1%和73.1%,病疤复发率分别为10.4%、21.2%,其病疤愈合效果为22.9%。说明EM活性菌能有效防治猕猴桃溃疡病,是一种生物防治猕猴桃溃疡病的新方法。
The experimental materials actinidia chinensis 5 a from the kiwifruit ecologicial garden of Agust Tiandi Agriculture co ., LTD.in Wuhan city.The tests studied the effect of prevention and cure on kiwifruit bacterial canker with EM mud , biogas slurry mud,EM liquid,streptomycin and contrast.The results showed:the EM mud was superior to the EM liquid ,streptomycin,biogas slur-ry mud and water treatment.The controlling effect of EM mud on that year and April of the following year were 88.8%and 89.1%, while the recurrence rates of canker scars 5.1%and 8.5%.And the healing effect of scar was 60.6%;The controlling effect of EM liquid on that year and April of the following year were 87.0% and 87.1%,while the recurrence rates of canker scars 5.9% and 10.2%.And the healing effect of scar was 45.9%;The controlling effect of streptomycin on that year and April of the following year were 77.1%and 73.1%,while the recurrence rates of canker scars 10.4%and 21.2%.And the healing effect of scar was 22.9%;So,the EM active bacteria can effectively prevent kiwifruit bacterial canker ,it is also a new way to prevention and cure the kiwifruit bacterial canker with EM .
