β-连环蛋白、c-myc在腮腺肿瘤组织中的表达及临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨β-连环蛋白、c-myc在腮腺肿瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法对唐山市中医院2008年5月~2013年8月收治的20例腮腺多形性腺瘤、43例癌在多形性腺瘤中患者病理标本进行免疫组织化学SP法染色,观察β-连环蛋白、c-myc的阳性表达,并取腺瘤旁组织17例作为对照。结果癌在多形性腺瘤中、腮腺多形性腺瘤、腺瘤旁组织中β-连环蛋白的阳性率分别为74.4%、45.0%、11.8%;癌在多形性腺瘤中、腮腺多形性腺瘤组织中β-连环蛋白的阳性率显著高于腺瘤旁组织,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05);癌在多形性腺瘤中组织的β-连环蛋白阳性率高于腮腺多形性腺瘤组织,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。癌在多形性腺瘤中、腮腺多形性腺瘤、腺瘤旁组织中c-myc的阳性率分别为76.4%、45.0%、5.9%;癌在多形性腺瘤中、腮腺多形性腺瘤组织中cmyc的阳性率显著高于腺瘤旁组织,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05);癌在多形性腺瘤中组织的c-myc阳性率高于腮腺多形性腺瘤组织,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。β-连环蛋白的表达与年龄、性别、肿瘤直径、TNM分期无关(P〉0.05);与淋巴结是否转移有关(P〈0.05)。c-myc的表达与年龄、性别、肿瘤直径、TNM分期、淋巴结是否转移均无关(P〉0.05)。结论不同性质的腮腺肿瘤组织中β-连环蛋白、c-myc表达不同,表明β-连环蛋白、c-myc与腮腺肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,随着对其致病机制的不断深入研究,可为肿瘤靶基因治疗提供参考。 Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of β- catenin, c-myc in parotid tumor tissues.Methods The expression of β-catenin, c-myc were detected by SP immunohistochemical staining in specimens of 20 cases of parotid pleomorphic adenoma, 43 cases of carcinoma in pleomorphic adenoma selected from Tangshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital between May 2008 to August 2013. The positive expressions of β- catenin, c-myc were observed and 17 cases of adenoma tissues were chosen as the control. Results The positive expression of β-catenin in carcinoma in pleomorphic adenoma, pleomorphic adenoma of parotid gland, adenoma tissues was 74.4%,45.0%, 11.8% respectively. The expression of β- catenin in carcinoma in pleomorphic adenoma, pleomorphic adenoma of parotid gland were significantly higher than that in adenoma tissues(P〈0.05); the expression of β- catenin in carcinoma in pleomorphic adenoma was significantly higher than that in pleomorphic adenoma of parotid gland(P〈0.05).The positive expression of c-myc in carcinoma in pleomorphic adenoma, pleomorphic adenoma of parotid gland, adenoma tissues was 76.4%, 45.0%, 5.9% respectively. The expression of c-myc in carcinoma in pleomorphic adenoma,pleomorphic adenoma of parotid gland were significantly higher than that in adenoma tissues(P〈0.05); the expression of c-myc in carcinoma in pleomorphic adenoma was significantly higher than that in pleomorphic adenoma of parotid gland(P〈0.05). The expression of β- catenin were associated with the lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05), which were not associated with the patient's gender and age, the size of tumor, TNM staging(P〉0.05). The expression of c-myc were not associated with the patient's gender and age, the size of tumor, the lymph node metastasis, TNM staging(P〉0.05). Conclusion There are different expressions with β- catenin, c-myc in benign, malignant parotid tumor tissue.The expression of β-catenin, c-myc are closely related to occurrence, development of parotid gland tumor. β- catenin and c-myc may become new therapeutic antitumor targets with the deepening of its pathogenesis studies, which plays an certain role in guiding antitumor therapy.
