广东省社区卫生服务信息系统使用现状分析

Application of information system for community health service in Guangdong Province

目的了解广东省社区卫生服务信息系统使用现状及需求情况,为进一步发展社区卫生服务信息化建设提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法对276名社区卫生服务人员进行调查。结果在所调查社区卫生服务人员中,153名认为,目前对社区卫生信息化建设的投资力度大,但收效不够明显;社区卫生信息化应用水平基本合理;43.12%的人员表示所在单位有不定期培训,但是员工总体信息化水平一般;有25.72%的人对社区信息系统在医疗过程中的资源共享表示不满意。结论社区卫生服务人员关注社区卫生信息化的发展,相关部门应重视对社区卫生服务信息化建设的投入,并加强人员计算机操作能力培训及社区卫生信息安全建设;建立符合社区卫生人员工作需求的、能够实现医疗信息共享的社区卫生服务信息系统。

Objective To study the current situation and demand of community health service information system in Guangdong Province, in order to provide a basis for the promotion of community health information construction. Methods 276 community health service staffs were surveyed by questionnaire. Results In the survey, 153 community health staffs believed that the current investment in community health information technology was significant, but the effect was not obvious; community health information application level was reasonable; 43.12% of staffs said their units kept occasional training, but the overall information application abilities of staffs were moderate; there was 25.72% of the staffs dissatisfied with resource sharing of the community information system in the process of medical treatment. Conclusion Community health service staffs concern about development of information technology in community health service. The relevant departments should focus on the community health service information technology investment,strengthen personnel computer skills training and community health information security, establish community health service information system according to the staffs demands and achieving information sharing.
