摘要
目的了解广东省某三甲医院护士营养知信行现状,为提高护士营养知信行水平提出切实可行的建议。方法采用随机抽样法抽取140名护士进行问卷调查,所得数据进行统计描述及t检验、相关性分析及多元线性回归分析。结果调查问卷有效人数为128人,营养知识得分为(67.20±10.1)分,营养态度得分为(79.00±6.27)分,营养行为得分为(69.40±7.07)分。营养知识、态度和行为得分之间均存在显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。营养知识的主要影响因素为学历和参加营养知识培训(P<0.01);营养态度的主要影响因素为护龄和参加营养知识培训(P<0.01);营养行为的主要影响因素为科室(P<0.01)。营养知识获取途径主要为在校学习(63.3%),期望获取途径主要为学术会议、讲座和营养学习班(53.9%、53.9%)。结论临床护士营养知识水平和行为水平偏低,营养态度较好,应提高护士人群的营养知识并改善其营养行为。
Objective To investigate the current status of nutritional knowledge, attitude and practice(KAP) of nurses in one class A tertiary hospital of Guangdong Province, in order to offer a proposal for improvement of nurses KAP level. Methods 140 nurses were selected by random sampling method for questionnaire survey. Statistical description,t-test, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis were used for analysis. Results There were 128 effective questionnaires. The scores of nutritional knowledge, nutritional attitude and nutrition practice were(67.20±10.13) scores,(79.00±6.27) scores and(69.40±7.07) scores respectively. Nutritional knowledge, attitude and practice had positive correlation relationship(P〈0.01). The main influence factors of nutritional knowledge were education background and nutrition knowledge training(P〈0.01); nutritional attitude had influenced by curing duration and nutrition knowledge training(P〈0.01); department was the main influence factor of nutrition practice(P〈0.01). Studying in campus(63.3%) was the main pathway for gaining nutritional knowledge, while academic conference, lecture and nutritional study group(53.9%, 53.9%) were the expectation pathway. Conclusion The present status of nutritional knowledge and practice are dissatisfied in nurses, but the nutritional attitude is satisfied. It is urgency to enhance nurses nutritional knowledge and improve their nutrition practice.
