摘要
目的探讨心内科护士规范化分层培训的应用与效果。方法运用自行设计的调查问卷调查西安交通大学第二附属医院心内科62名护士的培训需求及对规范化分层培训的认识,将其分为5个层级:N0、N1、N2、N3、N4,制订层级对应的且有针对性的规范化分层培训内容,进行为期2年的规范化分层培训,比较培训效果。结果规范化分层培训后,2013年各层级护士(N0+N1、N2和N3+N4)考核成绩较2011年均有显著提高,差异均有统计学意义[N0+N1:(96.44±2.09)分比(90.78±3.42)分;N2:(96.89±1.49)分比(92.00±3.01)分;N3+N4:(96.87±1.61)分比(88.91±1.28)分,均P<0.05]。科研立项、论文发表等较分层培训前显著增多。护士对培训的满意率、住院患者的满意率较分层培训前有显著提高,差异有高度统计学意义(χ2=7.552、12.832,均P<0.01)。结论规范化分层培训有利于提高护士的综合能力及患者满意率。
Objective To evaluate the application of standardized multiple training in nurses of cardiology department.Methods The self-designed questionnaire survey was used to survey the training needs and knowledge of standardization stratified training of 62 nurses in Cardiology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University, and were divided into five levels: N0, N1, N2, N3, N4, and corresponding level and the standardization of the targeted layered training content were formulated, the standardization stratified training was the two-year, the training effect was compared. Results The primary results showed that, after the standardized multiple training, the performances in different level of nurses were significantly improved than before(96.44 ±2.09) scores vs [(90.78±3.42) scores in N0+N1,(96.89±1.49) scores vs(92.00±3.01) scores in N2,(96.87±1.61) scores vs(88.91±1.28) scores in N3+N4, P〈0.05 respectively]. Moreover, scientific research achievements and paper submission rates were largely increased. The satisfactions of the patients and nurses were also enhanced to a great extent(χ2=7.552, 12.832, all P〈0.01). Conclusion The comprehensive ability of all the nurses and the satisfaction of all the patients can be improved by the standardized multiple training.
