摘要
介绍了一种采用远红外光波作为茶叶连续杀青热源的控制方式。以PLC为控制核心,触摸屏为人家沟通界面,融合脉冲宽度调制控制技术、PID温度控制技术、变频调速技术,实现茶叶杀青工艺过程自动化、控制精准化,达到高效杀青的目的。该技术成果已在茶叶生产企业推广应用。
Describes a use of far infrared light waves as a source of tea fixing continuous control.
