The rapid development of information technology demands increasingly more on people, bringing unexpected challenges to college education of IT specialists. High quality and high level educational team is the foundation of personnel training. Therefore, this paper discusses how to construct high-level educational team of IT majors for the first time and concludes a set of team construction measures.
