摘要
构建全面薪酬体系,吸引和激励人才,对促进农产品加工企业发展具有重要意义。文章分析了全面薪酬体系的内涵;提出了全面薪酬体系设计的原则;从基础薪酬、激励性薪酬、间接薪酬、非货币性薪酬等方面,探讨了农产品加工企业全面薪酬体系的构建内容和思路。
Building a comprehensive compensation system to attract and motivate talented people, is of great significance to promote the development of agricultural products processing enterprises. This paper analyses the intension of the comprehensive compensation system; Put forward the principle of comprehensive compensation system design; From the aspects of basical salary, incentive compensation, indirect compensation, non-monetary compensation to discuss the content and idea of comprehensive compensation system construction in agricultural products processing enterprises.
