论慕课冲击下高职院校青年教师教学胜任力的发展 被引量:7

摘要 在国内慕课是在清华、北大等高校发端的,但随着云技术和互联网业的迅猛发展,其产生的"鲶鱼效应"将对我国高职院校产生一系列重大而深远的影响。中国的"慕课"处于襁褓阶段,职业教育在本土化借用慕课的概念的同时,更应该关注高职院校青年教师胜任力的提升。国内对于慕课背景下高职院校青年教师胜任力提升路径的研究尚处于空白状态。本文主要阐述了慕课的内涵特征,针对青年教师现状提出了系统全面、切实可行高职院校青年教师胜任力发展的路径建议。以慕课冲击为契机,推动高职院校青年教师胜任力的提升,加快教学的根本变革,实现教师与高职院校共同成长是职业教育面对慕课风潮的最好姿态。 MOOCs Originated in tsinghua university、Peking University and other colleges and universities at home, but with the rapid development of the cloud and the Internet industry, which produces the"catfish effect"in higher vocational colleges of our country to produce a series of significant and profound influence. Chinese MOOCs is in the infancy stage, when vocational education in the concept of localization to borrow for MOOCs, young teachers in higher vocational colleges should focus on competency improvement. Competency research for young teachers in higher vocational colleges under MOOCs background is still in a blank state in the path of ascension. This paper expounds the connotation of MOOCs characteristics, puts forward system comprehensive and practical path for the development of higher vocational colleges and universities young teacher competency in view of the present situation of young teachers. Impact to MOOCs as an opportunity to promote the ascension of higher vocational colleges and universities young teacher competency, to speed up the teaching of fundamental change, achieve growth for both teachers and higher vocational colleges is one of the best posture for vocational education facing the agitation for MOOCs.
