摘要
文章设计问卷对90后自我调节能力进行考查,以建立与90后自我调节能力相适应的人才培养模式,从而解决"90后的低就业率"与"企业的用工荒"之间的矛盾。
Knowing self-regulation ability of the post-90 generation by questionnaire, college can plan reasonable occupation ability training mode according to self-regulation ability of the post-90 generation.
