村镇土地可持续利用一体化调控系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Integrated Regulation System for Village and Town Sustainable Land_use

针对村镇土地利用管理中缺乏功能完备、可操作性强的调控管理平台,结合村镇土地利用的特点,在重点研究了调控优化选址技术的基础上,构建了一体化村镇土地可持续利用调控模型,并基于GIS技术设计开发了村镇土地可持续利用调控系统。该系统实现了土地利用变化的监测提取、土地利用警情分析核查以及调控方案的辅助编制,为决策者提供了一套一体化的调控管理作业平台。

Due to the lack of the operable and complete functional platform in land use management,this article studies on site selecting models for sustainable land use regulation and the integrated operation mode based on the features of land use in village and town,which are the key for the land use regulation system. And then the regulation system for village and town sustainable land use is designed and developed based on GIS technology,which provides an integrated regulation platform for decision-makers including implemented land use change monitoring,early warning of land use,regulation design and planning.
