Design and Implementation of Real_Time Dispatching GIS System for Important Programs in Hunan Province

分析了政府在重大项目管理上的需求,提出了通过GIS技术与数字化视频监控技术相结合对重大项目进行实时监管的解决方案。通过电子地图进行项目数据的管理,互联网和移动通信实现数据的传输,GPS模块采集坐标并进行匹配保证数据的真实性,从而实现了对重大项目的过程化监管。

This paper analyzes the requirements of government on the management of major projects. And it proposes the solution of real time supervision in combination with GIS technology and digital video surveillance technology. Finally it realized the supervision of process on major project,through project data management by digital map,data transmission by Internet and mobile communication,coordinate acquisition and data authentication by GPS model.
