军事情报价值的当量评估法

Equivalent Evaluation Method of Military Intelligence Value

研究了军事情报价值的综合性和相对性,提出了军事情报价值评估的当量分析法,分别针对确定性标度和模糊标度结合层次分析法给出了评估算法。算例结果表明方法有一定的合理性且评价结论易于理解。

Based on studies about the comprehensiveness and the relativity of military intelligence value, this paper proposes an equivalent evaluation method. Combined with the analytical hierarchy process （AHP,another kind of evaluation method）,the evaluation algorithms have been presented respectively under certain and fuzzy scales. The results indicate that this method is reasonable and easy to follow.
