摘要 全国高校本科教学基本状态数据采集工作的全面铺开是教育管理信息化的重要举措,为新建本科院校建立内部教学质量监控体系明晰了思路,提供了新方法,并从质量文化的氛围营造、教学质量监控的组织保障、教学质量过程中各环节关键点的监控、教学质量常态监控制度体系的构建、网络平台开发利用的技术支撑等五个方面给予了新建本科院校构建内部教学质量监控体系的重要启示。 The overall data collection of teaching basic status was conducted in all the universities and colleges throughout the country, It is not only animportant act for educational information management, but also clearing train of thought, providing a new assessment methodology for the newly-established universities to set up quality monitoring system, which also gives the universities five important enlightenments, from the construction of quality culture' s atmosphere, the organization guarantee of teaching quality monitoring, the key point of each link in the process of teaching quality monitoring, the building of normal teaching quality monitoring system, to the technical support of network platform' s development and utilization.
