摘要
含大规模风电的电力系统运行调度,经常需要配置一定的备用容量来应对风电功率预测偏差,来确保系统运行安全性,降低了系统运行的经济性。储能系统具有对功率、能量的时间转移和快速响应的能力,为此,本文在考虑储能充放电效率基础上,建立风电场群储能系统容量配置数学模型,并以单位时间内储能系统成本和备用容量成本之和最小为目标,优化储能容量配置,算例分析表明,利用储能系统弥补风电功率预测误差较大时段的功率缺额,在满足同样系统安全的条件下,可有效的减少系统备用容量的增加。
Power system containing large scale wind power often need configure some reserve capacity to cope with the wind power prediction error, to ensure the safety operation of the system, reducing the sys-tem economical operation. The energy storage system has the ability of energy transfer and fast response time. In addition, storage capacity configuration of a wind farm group was built, the sum of energy storage systems cost and spare capacity cost in unit time as the goal were minimized, to optimize the energy stor-age capacity configuration. The example analysis shows that, using energy storage power system to make up wind power prediction error with same safety conditions of the system effectively reduces the increase of reserve capacity.
