针药结合与针刺、药物治疗偏头痛疗效比较

Comparative analysis of effects of acupuncture combined with medicine and acupuncture and medicine in treatment of migraine

目的通过对针刺、药物及针药结合防治偏头痛的研究现状进行比较,总结三者对偏头痛的防治的疗效。方法查阅近10年关于针药结合及单纯针刺或药物治疗偏头痛的文献资料,对其疗效进行比较分析。结果针药结合疗法的针刺、药物疗法间,应存在着交互作用,但目前的疗效评价体系在诊断及疗效标准、影响疗效的治疗性因素及随机、对照、盲法等方面存在着诸多的共性问题,从而在一定程度上影响了这一结果的科学性。结论这种交互作用可能表现为协同效应,也可能表现为拮抗效应。通过分析针药结合疗法针刺、药物的主次作用,针、药间的交互作用性质及大小,可提高协同疗效,避免拮抗效应。

Objective Through comparing the research status of acupuncture, medication or combination of both methods on migraine treatment, to summarize that all these three methods had prevention effects on migraine. Methods Literatures about acupuncture combined with medicine and acupuncture and medicine in treatment of migraine in the recent 10 year were referred to, and their curative effects were compared and analyzed. Results There should be interactions among acupuncture combined with medicine and acupuncture and medicine. While there still existed some common deficiencies in present evaluation system on many aspects such as criteria of diagnosis and efficacy, therapeutic factors affecting the effica- cy, randomizing, contrasting, bind trail, and so on, thus affecting the scientificity of this result to some extent. Conclusion This kind of interaction may appear as synergistic effect or antagonistic effect. Through analyzing the primary and secondary role of acupuncture and medication, as well as the characteristics and magnitude of interactions between acupuncture and medication in acupuncture combined with medicine therapy, the synergistic effect can be improved and the antagonistic effect can be inhibited.
