摘要
将优化设计理论引入到CAD,CAE,VD技术中,既能够在产品的设计过程中不断选择设计参数并评选出最优方案,又可以加快设计速度,缩短设计周期。本文利用基于有限元法的ANSYS优化设计功能,选择传动滚筒的壁厚为设计变量,对传动滚筒的壁厚进行优化设计,使产品既满足使用要求,又能达到结构轻量化、设计效率提高的效果。
To introduce the optimal design theory into the CAD,CAE,VD technology which were developed in recent years,it can not only select the optimal solution through constantly choosing the design parameters,but also improve the design speed and shorten the design cycle. In this paper,we apply ANSYS optimal design features based on FEM,optimize the drum thickness to be the variables,and make the products meet the requirements,while lightering the structure and improving the design efficiency.
