摘要 习近平总书记指出:“对领导干部来说,为一方经济社会发展,为一方百姓造福,应该有政绩,也必须追求政绩”,“树政绩的根本途径是将人民群众的眼前利益和长远利益结合起来”,“树政绩的根本目的是为人民谋利益。”这些重要论述,科学回答了为谁谋求政绩、创什么样政绩、靠什么创政绩、如何评价政绩等问题,为各级领导干部树立正确政绩观提供了根本遵循。
