摘要
为了满足LNG船舶气试未来发展的需求,山东LNG接收站拟对现有工艺进行改造。设计了NG/惰化气体与NG/氮气置换两种气试工艺改造方案,对比分析结果表明:采用氮气作为船舱惰化干燥气体更合理,且相应的改造方案成本低、工程量小、可操作性强,不会影响接收站正常运行。依据改造后的工艺流程,以设计装载能力为14.7×104 m3的LNG船为例,通过借鉴国内其他接收站气试工艺,提出了山东LNG接收站气试过程中NG置换、LNG冷却与装载阶段相关工艺操作流程,同时证明了山东LNG接收站硬件设施可满足气试需求。该方法可为其他接收站的设计、建设和进行LNG船气试作业提供参考。
To meet the future demand of liquefied natural gas(LNG) ship gas test, Shandong LNG Terminal intends to transform its existing process. Two technological transformation scenarios(i.e. NG/inert gas and NG/nitrogen substitution) are designed. Comparative analysis shows that nitrogen is more reasonable as the ship inerting and drying gas and its relevant scenario involves low cost, small quantities and high operability, without influence on normal operation of the terminal. On the basis of the transformed process, and referring to other gas test processes in China, the process flows at stages of NG replacement and LNG cooling and loading are proposed for gas test of the 14.7×10^4 m^3 LNG ship at Shandong LNG Terminal. Moreover, hardware facilities at Shandong LNG Terminal are proved satisfactory for gas test. This method can provide a reference for the design, construction and LNG ship gas test at other terminals.
