摘要
以3种不同直径的聚丙烯(PP)单丝为原料,分别编织4种不同密度共12枚血管内支架.采用平面压缩法在不同上平面尺寸和不同接触界面条件下对支架的径向支撑力、径向压强及弹性回复率进行测试和分析.试验结果表明:使用平面压缩法对支架径向支撑力进行测试时,应选用尺寸大于支架外径的上平面;3种接触面测试支架径向压缩性能时,压缩曲线趋势均一致,测试值有一定差异;采用薄膜包覆支架进行压缩时,压缩曲线较为平滑.
Twelve braided intravascular stents of four different levels of braiding tightness were produced with three different diameters of polypropylene(PP)monofilaments,and stents were compressed with with plate compression method by pressure foot with different sizes and different contact interfaces.The radial compression strength,radial intensity of pressure and the elastic recovery rate of these stents were tested by the plate compression method.The experimental results showed that,when plate compression method was used to test the compression performance of stents,the size of pressures should be larger than the outer diameter of the stent.When compressed with three different contact interfaces,the compression curves showed same trend and certain differences on the test value.When the stent was coated with rubber film,the compression curve was smoother.
