摘要
测试压力医疗袜的压力梯度分布和长时间穿着下的压力衰减情况.结果表明:医疗袜从脚踝到大腿部位的线圈排列密度递减,穿着中其变形率在38%~72%;人体穿着医疗袜状态下,各围度的前、后、内侧的压力值从脚踝到大腿梯度减小;同一围度,脚踝前、后、内、外侧位置的压力分布差异较大,小腿和大腿围度上压力值相差不大;人台穿着医疗袜4h,脚踝前侧、小腿后侧、小腿前侧、大腿前侧的压力依次衰减了18%,22%,20%,和12%,但仍保持从脚踝到小腿再到大腿的压力递减的分布趋势.
The interface pressure distribution and pressure fatigue of medical stockings during aperiod of time are measured.The results show that the density is decreasing from ankle to thigh,and the deformation at different position is varied of 38%-72%.Wearing on a real human leg,the measured pressure values on anterior,posterior and medial of leg are decreasing from ankle to thigh,at the same position,the pressure distribution on ankle is quite different among its anterior,posterior,medial and lateral,little different of pressure distribution on calf and thigh.Wearing on mannequin for a period of 4hours,the pressure values on ankle anterior,calf posterior,calf anterior and thigh anterior decrease by18%,22%,20%,and 12%,respectively.However,the decreased trend of interface pressure from ankle to thigh is kept.
