摘要
在分析电商平台运营中的"汇集需求"等新兴业态的内在机理并剖析其管理本质的基础上,将电子商务中的预付款归为用户需求信息更新,建立基于信息更新的二次订货模型.利用更新后的精确需求信息调整订购策略,对供应链的收益进行优化,分析了电商C2B模式下的预付款机制对供应链运营及定价策略的影响.经过仿真计算发现,基于信息更新的电商供应链预付款协调机制对供应链的运营策略调整及绩效提高能够起到积极的推进作用,同时,供应商的价格策略直接影响供应链的协调效果.
Based on the analysis of the inner mechanism of emerging formats,such as"demand aggregator",in electronic business service operations platform,and the nature of its management,advanced payment mechanism of electronic commerce is classified as consumersdemand information updating,besides,a two period ordering model with information updating is established.Given the updated demand information,the retailer adjusts ordering strategy to optimize supply chain profit.The impact of advanced payment mechanism on supply chain operations and pricing strategy is studied under the C2 Bmodel.The simulation result shows that advanced payment mechanism can actively push forward the strategy adjustment of supply chain operation and improve operational performance.Meanwhile,suppliers pricing strategy directly affects the effect of supply chain coordination.
