摘要
针对一台15 k W高效三相异步电动机进行型式试验,介绍了高效电机测试过程中的关键技术,详细阐述了空载特性和负载特性试验的试验目的、试验方法和数据处理过程。根据试验所得数据计算出了电机各项特性参数,绘制了空载特性曲线和负载特性曲线,并对试验结果进行了深入分析。采用GB/T 1032-2012中的B法(测量输入和输出功率的损耗分析法)进行高效电机效率的测定,并对试验数据进行最小二乘拟合后绘制出特性曲线。试验结果表明,电机的效率、功率因数等各项性能指标均符合高效电机设计的相关要求。
A type test for a 15 k W high efficiency three- phase asynchronous motor was conducted. The key technologies of the High efficiency motor test were introduced. The test purposes,test methods and data processing of no- load and load characteristic test were presented in detail. Based on the experimental data,the motor's characteristic parameters were calculated out,no- load and load performance curves were drew out,and the test results got deeply analyzed. The test method B- Input- output with loss segregation,which was prescribed by GB / T 1032- 2012,was used to measure the efficiency of the high efficiency motor. The least squares method was used to fit the test data when drawing the performance curve. The results show that motor efficiency,power factor and other performance indicators are in line with high efficiency motor design requirements.
