电动车用内嵌式永磁同步电动机弱磁调速研究 被引量:2

摘要 电动车用内嵌式永磁同步电动机驱动系统在车载电源电压限制下,需要采用弱磁调速控制策略提高电机的转速范围满足电动汽车的行驶要求。通过对指令信号与反馈信号的误差值进行计算,获得电压参考值,并与车载直流电压比较得到变调率,建立电压转速模型,联合变调率判断电动车的运行状态,采用空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)技术产生开关控制信号,进行永磁同步电动机的弱磁调速,实验分析验证了该方法弱磁扩速的可靠性。 In interior permanent magnet synchronous motor( IPMSM) drive system for electric vehicle,it is necessary that flux- weakening control is used to extend the speed range to meet the running require of electric vehicle under voltage of vehicle power supply. Voltage reference is obtained by calculating error between reference signal and feedback signal.Modulation rate is defined as ratio of voltage reference and voltage DC,which is combined with voltage speed model to judge the running state of electric vehicle and control the flux- weakening of IPMSM. The switch control signals are generated by voltage space vector pulse width modulation( SVPWM) technology. Finally,the reliability of flux- weakening control using the proposed method is demonstrated though the experiments.
