摘要
非机动交通是指步行/自行车等以人力为空间移动动力的交通,非机动交通系统在完善与提升城市空间功能,提高居民生活品质方面具有重要作用。当前,北京老城区非机动交通综合反映了交通矛盾。通过实地调查,分析了非机动交通空间景观在设计及管理等环节中存在的突出问题,有针对性地提出了人本位的非机动交通空间景观优化原则,致力于调和城市机动车交通和步行/自行车交通之间的矛盾,强调非机动交通空间生态环境营造,合理配置街道景观资源,从而创造一种安全、舒适、便利并富有情趣的宜人的街道环境,这将有助于老城区街道景观的可持续发展。
Traffic modes which mainly rely on physical force, generally including pedestrian and bicycle, are called Non-motorized Traffic (NMT), NMT system plays a key role in improving the spatial functions of the city, and improving the life quality of urban residents. At present, in old urban areas of Belling, NMT synthetically reflects the traffic conflicts. Through a lot of field survey, the article analyzed some prominent problems existing in design and management of the NMT space landscape, and put forth the detail measures of the idea to use "the human basis accordingly and NMT Ecological corridor", committed to reconcile the contradiction between urban motor vehicle traffic and the walk/bicycle traffic, to emphasis on ecological environment construction in NMT space of urban streets, to arrange the street resource reasonably, in order to create a safe, comfortable, beautiful and full of fun and pleasant environment for pedestrians. It would contribute to the sustainable development of old urban streets' landscape.
