云南农业庄园是当前创新农业发展热点,关系到三农问题和云南城镇化进程。为响应政府政策,该文通过梳理相关文献,分析我国农庄发展现状,提出云南高原特色农业庄园创新的关键是内核创新、中核突破和外核延伸的思路,同时提出五种基本规划模式,以期在庄园建设中,推动云南现代农业、乡村旅游和美丽乡村三位一体化发展。

Presently, Yunnan highland special agriculture manor is popular in agriculture industry innovation, which is related to the developing problems of rural area, peasants and agriculture, and also to the progress of Yunnan urbanization as well. In order to give respond the policy of Yunnan provincial government, the paper reviews the related literatures. By analysis on the questions of agriculture manor development in our country, the paper puts forward the key innovations of the planning of Yunnan highland special agriculture manor is inner core innovating, middle core breaking, and outer core extending. And also it classifies 5 basic planning models, which is crucial to promote the agriculture manor with the development of Yunnan modern agriculture, rural tourism and beautiful country.
