摘要
阐述了钢管水压试验机水路阀门密封面密封原理,并分析了造成泄露的两个主要因素为密封副之间存在间隙和密封副两侧存在压差。指出阀门密封面应根据工艺条件、流体介质性质、工作温度、压力和阀门通径等技术参数进行设计,给出了密封面设计参数的计算方法,并通过计算得出了密封面宽度和密封力对密封面密封性能的影响,同时分析了使用水介质情况下,影响密封面密封性能的相关因素。
In this article, it expatiated the sealing principle of steel pipe hydrostatic testing machine sealing surface, and analyzed two main factors caused leak, including the gap existing sealing pair and the differential pressure existing in both sides of sealing pair. It pointed out that the valve sealing surface should be designed according to process conditions, fluid performance, working temperature, pressure and valve size and other technical parameters. The calculation method for sealing surface design parameters was provided, a conclusion of the influence of sealing surface width and sealing force on sealing performance was obtained through calculation. Simultaneously, it analyzed the relevant factors for affecting sealing performance of sealing surface in the case of water medium.
