摘要
青州航道桥钢结形撑设置于青州桥两上塔柱之间,为索塔横框架受力的上端联系构造,采用"中国结"造型,结构造型美观。在介绍该结形撑结构的同时,重点介绍其制作工艺流程、节段组拼及预拼装技术,达到了该结构几何尺寸精度和整体平面度的要求。
Steel supports of Qingzhou Channel Bridge were arranged between the upper ends of two Qingzhou bridge pylons with beautiful shape of ＂Chinese knot＂. This paper introduced the steel knotting supports and its production process,segments assembling and pre-assembly technology, the knotting and structure could satify the requirements structure dimension accuracy and overall flatness.
