盘锦市体育中心体育场大跨度空间张拉膜结构低温施工技术

摘要 索膜结构是用高强度柔性薄膜材料经钢索的张拉作用而形成的稳定曲面,能承受一定外荷载的空间结构形式。盘锦市体育中心体育场工程施工环境复杂,冬季施工气温低、温差大,施工空间紧凑,工程施工正值北方严寒冬季,而PTFE膜材在4℃以下的环境中无法进行张拉。空中滑移技术及可调节螺杆的应用,解决了膜张拉困难问题,首创国内膜结构冬季施工技术。 Cable-membrane structure is assembled by thin-film materials with high flexibility which is subjected to the tension of wires so as to form the stable surface, and be able to withstand a certain external load . The construction conditions of Panjin Sports Center Stadium project were complex, some difficulties such as low temperature, large temperature difference and compact construction space that needed to be solved. The construction of the project had coincided with low winter tempeatures in Northern China, however PTFE membrane material could not be tensioned below 4℃. The application of the adjustable screw and slip technique could solve these problems, which was first used in the membrane structure construction in winter in China.
