往复压缩机动态压力仿真及瞬态流场分析 被引量:15

摘要 针对实际往复式压缩机故障监测诊断中监测动态压力中存在的风险、难点以及不易实现的情况,采用数值模拟方法对双作用往复压式缩机进行气阀流道及气缸建模,通过FLUENT软件进行计算求解,从而得到气缸内理论动态压力及流场的三维数值模拟结果,并截取模拟结果的速度分布云图和压力分布云图。并作出气缸内气体动态压力随曲轴转角的变化趋势曲线,可对往复式压缩机的不同工作过程进行分析,并为往复式压缩机关键部件的受力分析和故障诊断提供依据。 It a/ms at the danger and the difficulty of monitoring dynamic pressure in reciprocating compressor fault detection and diagnosis which are not easy to achieve. It use the numerical simulation method to create the model of the cylinder and the valve channel in the double action reciprocating compressor. By using the FLUENT software it solves the case in order to obtain the theoretical dynamic pressure in the cylinder, the 3-d numerical simulation result and gets the velocity contours and the pressure contours. Meanwhile, the data can be used to plot the dynamic pressure of the gas in the cylinder variation tendency curve with the changing of crank angle, which can analyze the details of the different working pracess. At the same time, it can provide evidence for the force analysis of the key components and the fault diagnosis in reciprocating compressor.
