摘要 为研究轮胎激励对于汽车中心区操纵性能的影响,搭建了考虑轮胎激励因素的转向系统模型,并嵌入到了Carsim整车模型当中。通过比对仿真结果和试验数据,验证了模型的有效性。对该模型转向系统特性参数进行灵敏度分析,得出了各参数在轮胎激励影响下对中心转向区性能的影响程度。因此在对转向系统进行设计开发时应着重考虑助力特性的选取以及干摩擦的降低,同时切勿忽略转向传动比和转向刚度的重要性,以尽可能抑制轮胎激励对汽车中心区操纵性能的影响。 In order to investigate the influences of tire incentive on the on-center handling perfoes, the steering system model with the factor of tire incentive is built and imbedded into the complete vehicle model built in Carsi By comparing the simulation results with the experimental data, the validity of the model is verified. After the sensitivity analysis of the characteristics parameters of steering system, the degree of influences of the parameters on the on -center handling performances with the situation of considering the tire incentive are got. For the purpose of minimizing the influences of the tire incentive on the on-center handling performances, appropriate assist characteristics ought to be selected and dry friction needs to be decreased when the steering system is designed, meanwhile the importance of steering ratio and steering stiffness should not be ignored.
