摘要 利用CFD方法对离心式抛雪头内流道进行气固两相流动的三维动态数值模拟分析,通过分析研究内部流道动态流动过程,初步得出内流道中气固两相流的实际参数分析,并根据仿真实验结果对抛雪头的结构进行参数优化。进而深入地了解积雪的抛送机理,在确保抛雪头正常工作的前提下,保证雪在出口被抛出时有比较规范的形状,降低抛雪离心风机装置的功耗,提高抛雪效率,对离心式抛雪头内流道进行了结构优化。为实际除雪车抛雪离心风机和扬雪管的设计生产提供参考依据。 Three-dimensional numerical simulation analysis within a centrifugal flow channel be throwing snow head gas-solid fows was simlated by CFD ( computer fluid dynamics), through the analysis of internal flow channel dynamic study of flow process ,and get the preliminary conclusion of inner flow passage of gas solid two phase flow of the actual parameter analysis, and parameter optimization the structure on a snow throwing head according to the simulation results.So that can get insight information about the mechanism of throwing snow .In the premise of throwing snow is not blocked , ensuring snow has a fairly standard shape when it is thrown at the exit, reducing power consumption of a snow throwing centrifugal fan device, and improving the efficiency of throwing snow, To optimize the centrifugal throwing snow head flow structure. Provide a reference for designing and production the actual snow removal vehicles' throwin~ snow centrifugal Tans and snow tube.
