摘要
针对抛物槽式太阳能集热器集热在夏天用来做制冷空调,提出了基于南北水平式的太阳自动跟踪系统的设计方案,对该跟踪系统的机械传动系统进行了设计计算及选型,其中自动/手动跟踪太阳高度角和太阳方位角采用蜗杆传动箱方案,而手动转动手轮方案保证太阳入射光线和主光轴方向一致;对该跟踪系统的控制系统进行了控制系统的方案设计,硬件选型及程序编制。实验测试表明,该太阳自动跟踪系统跟踪角的跟踪精度高,抛物槽的聚光比高,集热性能好。
A im at heat collection of parabolle trough solar collector used for refrigeration and air-conditioning in summer, the design plan of solar automatic tracking control system Based on horizontal N/S is put forward, design calculation and selection of mechanical transmission system for this tracking system are discussed in details, worm gear boxes have been adopted to track automatically or to track manually sun elevation angle and sun azimuth, to ensure incident ray of solar and primary optical axis is the same, manual rotating hand wheel is used, scheme design; hardware selection and programming of control system for this tracking system are discussed in details too. Test results show that the track accuracy for the tracking angle of this solar automatic tracking control system is higher, concentration ratios of parabolic trough solar collector can be increased, parabolic trough solar collector has the better solar collecting performance.
