摘要
为了实现超大型兆瓦级海上风电齿轮箱的新产品的开发,降低产品开发风险与成本,以8MW级风电齿轮箱系统为研究对象,基于ADAMS建立齿轮箱系统刚柔耦合动力学模型,并对其进行仿真和结果分析,研究齿轮箱系统的振动特性。通过对齿轮转速仿真结果分析,验证动力学模型的有效性和可靠性,然后进行了齿轮振动频率分析,确定系统振动产生机理,之后在齿轮箱箱体表面合理布置测点,依据测点振动位移响应,分析箱体振动特点,并依据测点振动加速度响应规律,分析影响箱体振动的主要因素。
In order to achieve development of super-megawatt offshore wind turbine gearbox new products and reduce product development risks and costs, it takes 8MW wind turbine gearbox system as the research object, establishes the gearbox system rigid flexible coupling dynamics model based on ADAMS, and carries on the simulation and result analysis, research the vibration characteristics of gearbox system It verifies the validity and reliability of the kinetics model through the analysis of gear speed simulation results, and then analyzes the gear vibration frequency to determine the system,vibration generating mechanism, and after reasonable arrangement gearbox body surface measurement points, according to the measuring point vibration displacement response to analyze gearbox body vibration characteristics, and based on the vibration acceleration response of the measuring point, it analyzes the main factors affecting the gearbox body vibration.
