纯电动汽车减速器振动特性的模态分析 被引量:11

摘要 以某微型纯电动汽车减速器为研究对象,在有限元软件ABAQUS中建立了减速器总成的有限元模型,并对其进行了自由模态分析;同时采用LMS Test.Lab对该减速器进行试验模态研究,运用Poly MAX法辨识减速器总成的各阶模态参数,然后对有限元模态计算和试验模态得到的减速器频率和振型的相关性进行评价,结果表明两者吻合性较好。在模态分析的基础上,分析减速器总成固有频率和齿轮啮合频率,发现在某一车速时,减速器总成第一阶模态频率极有可能与齿轮啮合频率相等,会引起系统共振,需采取有效措施避免共振发生。 In this dissertation, the gearbox of a mini electric vehicle was taken as research object, the finite element model of the gearbox was built in ABAQUS, and the free modal of the whole gearbox system was obtained. The modal test was carried out as to the integrated system by the application of PolyMAX using LMS Test.Lab. Contrastive catalysis was conducted far the frequency and mode of vibration between experimental modal and the FE model. The analysis proofed a satisfied dynamic petfarmance of the FE model, also the simplification of the model was validated. At a given vehicle speed, the first natural frequency of the gearbox and the meshing frequeney is equal by modal analysis, so the resonance will be happened. And effective measures should be taken to avoid it.
