Analysis of Resettlement Environmental Capacity in Zhangfeng Reservoir

结合张峰水库移民环境状况,定性分析了移民安置环境容量的宏观条件,运用耕地和粮食双重指标分别计算了农业安置的环境容量,运用P-E-R模型验证了计算结果,得出结论。从移民可持续发展角度,安置区农业安置环境容量不足,需要外迁或者非农业安置。

Combined with immigrant environmental conditions in Zhangfeng Reservoir, the macroscopic conditions of resettlement environmental capacity were qualitatively analyzed. The agricultural resettlement environmental capacity was calculated by double indicators of arable land and grain separately. The results were verified by P-E-R model. The conclusion shows that the agricultural resettlement environmental capacity of resettlement area is insufficient from the perspective of sustainable development, and the immigrant should be settled by move-out or non-agricultural resettlement.
