汾河太原段综合治理三期工程对南部新区防洪的影响

Influence of the Comprehensive Management Third Phase Project in Taiyuan Segment of Fenhe River on Flood Control of the South New Area

随着太榆同城化的推进及太原市建设的"南进",太原市南部新区建设提上日程,南部新区横跨汾河两岸,西岸为晋阳文化生态区,东岸为汾东商务区。应南部新区发展的要求,兴建汾河太原段综合治理三期工程是必要的。经计算该河段治理后防洪标准将由20年一遇提高到100年一遇,过流能力可达到100年一遇的洪峰流量3 450 m3/s,可以满足新区的防洪要求。

With the advance of Taiyuan and Yuci＇s urban integration, with the southward promotion of Taiyuan urban construction, the construction of the south new area in Taiyuan city will soon be put on the agenda. The Fenhe river will stretch through the south new area. The Jinyang cultural ecology regions will be in the west bank and the Fendong business districts in the east bank. Responding the requirement of the development of the south new area,it is necessary for the construction of the comprehensive management third phase project in Taiyuan segment of the Fenhe River. According to calculation, the flood control standard of the reach after being controlled will be raised from 20-year flood to 100-year flood. The flow capacity of the reach will reach peak discharge of 3 450 m3/s of 100-year flood, and then the requirement of flood control of the south new area will be met.
