摘要
在"对口支援西部地区高等学校计划"的政策支持下,受援高校应该从自身实际出发,依靠支援高校的各种相对优势资源,通过图书文献资源、网络教学资源平台建设、网上讲座和互动交流等网络教学资源共建共享的方式,弥补教学资源的不足,开阔师生的眼界,辅助提高受援高校的教学质量和科研能力。同时,在"对口支援西部地区高等学校计划"的政策指导下,还应该加强管理制度建设,保障对口支援项目能够落到实处和可持续发展。
The application of duplex stainless steel pipe in marine oil gas and engineering is increasing gradually. In order to meet the requirements of marine oil gas corrosion, the steel grades are added and extended to the economic type, the wall thickness has been increased to 12~40 mm. Through discussion of welding method, parameters and weld mechanical performance for thick wall duplex stainless steel pipes, it pointed out that for the wall thickness more than 8 mm of duplex stainless steel welded pipe can only adopt multi-channel multi-layer welding, GTAW/PAW or GTAW/PAW+SAW multiple welding are all practicable method. In order to reduce the filling welding layer number, it should use asymmetric U-shaped or double angle groove design.However, in order to ensure phase balance and corrosion resistance of the weld metal, the heat input of single weld and interlayer temperature should be strictly controlled, and the selection of filler metal should consider its supply status.
