聚乙二醇模拟干旱对甜高粱幼苗生长及抗旱性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 研究了不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG2000)溶液处理对甜高粱幼苗苗高、鲜重、叶长、脯氨酸以及丙二醛含量的影响。结果表明:不同浓度PEG2000胁迫下,随着PEG2000浓度的升高,甜高粱幼苗的鲜重、苗高和叶长均减小,浓度在20%以下,降低不明显,当浓度达到30%时,显著降低;而丙二醛和脯氨酸含量随着PEG2000浓度的升高均上升,浓度在20%以下,降低不明显,当浓度达到30%时,升高显著。表明甜高粱幼苗在20%PEG2000处理下具有较强的耐旱性,当浓度达到30%时,甜高粱幼苗抗旱性降低,生长受到抑制。 Study on the change of height,fresh weight,leaf length,proline and MDA content of the sweet sorghum seedling at the different concentration of polyethylene glycol( PEG2000). The results show that: with the increasing of the concentration of PEG2000,the fresh weight,seedling height and leaf length of sweet sorghum seedling decreased. Under 20% PEG2000,no significant decrease and reduce significantly when 30% PEG2000. With the increasing of the concentration of PEG2000,the content of MDA and proline were increased. PEG2000 Concentration below 20%,no significant increase and increase significantly when 30% PEG2000. The sweet sorghum seedlings have stronger drought resistance under 20% PEG2000,when the concentration is 30%,the drought resistance of sweet sorghum seedling reduce and the growth restrain.
