摘要
文中针对铜仁市卷烟物流的配送现状,充分利用铜仁物流配送中心现有资源,结合精益物流的思想对其物流配送流程进行优化。通过精益物流的思想对烟草公司的卷烟配送流程进行优化后,构建数据库和加强信息反馈,建立高效的物流配送链,对配送路线、工具、人员进行精益管理,加强淡旺季决策的精确核算,形成具有不可模仿性的物流配送模式,实现物流由"成本"向"利润"角色的转变。
This article is aimed at the present situation of cigarette Logistics distribution status in the city of Tongren,making fully use of existing resources of Tongren logistics distribution center,and combined with the idea of lean logistics to optimize its logistics processes.Building a database and strengthening information feedback,and an efficient logistics chain can be established, which making lean management for delivery route,tools and personnel, after optimizing the distribution process of cigarette tobacco companies by the thinking of lean logistics.Strengthen accurate accounting of seasonal decision,forming a inimitability logistics mode. Finally, achieving the logistics change from the "cost " to "profit " role.
