摘要
高职英语教学必须坚持"实用为主"、"够用为度"原则,但从事大学英语教学的老师,因为不是从事专业教学的教师,进行就业岗位能力需求调研的机会不多,把握"实用性"与"够用度"原则有一定难度,导致教学的盲目性。文中在大量调研涉外物流企业岗位的基础上,对英语的"实用性"与"够用度"做了综合评估。明确了该行业哪些岗位需要用英语,用到什么程度。这对培养涉外物流人才时有针对性开展实用英语教学提供了重要参考,减少教学的盲目性。
In vocational colleges,English Teaching must adhere to the principle of "practicality" " meet need", but as English teachers, they are not regarded as ones to teach vocational skills, they have fewer opportunities to investigate what to be needed for students in different positions. It is difficult for the English teachers to understand the two principles.The blindness in teaching occurs. Based on a lot of research of foreign logistics enterprise post, the paper makes a comprehensive evaluation to "practicality" and "meet to need" so that we can understand what kind of English is suitable for what kind of position. This has provided an important reference to carry out a practical English teaching on the training of foreign logistics personnel to reduce blindness in teaching.
