摘要
高校思想政治理论课教师通过教学沟通了党和国家与广大大学生的价值观,担当了大学生意识形态教育的导师,在维护社会稳定发展、引导大学生投身中国特色社会主义现代化建设方面,发挥了并将继续发挥重要的作用。研究以两次社会调查为基础,以数据反映教师个人各个因素在高校思政课教学实效性提升方面的影响,以新的视角展开对高校思想政治理论教学实效性的分析,既有重要的理论意义,也对高校思想政治理论课教师个人教学能力的提升有重要的现实意义。
ith teaching, teachers of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities guide college students' correct values, which are consistent with the party and the state. As tutors in the ideological education of college students, they play significant role in the maintenance of social stability and development, and in guiding college students to join the China socialist modernization construction. Based on two social surveys, this paper reveals teachers' personal factors thought political lessons in colleges and universities to improve teaching effectiveness with data. With a new perspective on the teaching effectiveness of college ideological and political theory, this paper not only has important theory significance, but also has important practical significance for ideological and political theory teachers to promote their personal teaching competence.
